Al Horford torched the Cavs for 20 points on eight-of-10 shooting in Game 1, adding six assists and four rebounds.

Needing positive momentum, something to put fear or even doubt into the young and inexperienced Celtics, Lue rolled out George Hill, Rodney Hood, Jeff Green, Kyle Korver and Larry Nance Jr. He returned after missing less than two minutes of game time.

The sequence lit a fuse that had been dampened by the first-quarter offensive barrage of a clearly motivated LeBron James. He headed there without hesitation.
