Mueller has not requested interview with Pence

So far, Mueller has indicted President Trump's former campaign manager Paul Manafort and his long-time business partner and campaign official Rick Gates, but for charges not related to the campaign.

Later on Wednesday, a Fox News reporter asked if Trump be willing to meet with special counsel Robert Mueller, who will reportedly seek an interview.

Muller has interviewed a number of Trump's senior aides and associates in recent months, including White House adviser Jared Kushner, also the president's son-in-law, former chief of staff Reince Priebus, communications director Hope Hicks and White House counsel Don McGahn.

The source is concerned that no one around Trump is telling him the truth about the realities of this investigation, which has spread beyond inquiries into collusion with Russian Federation to questions about whether the firing of Comey was obstruction of justice.

Trump called the investigation a "phony cloud" over his administration. Norway is a major supporter of the worldwide pact, but Trump said the proposed restrictions on energy use hurt American businesses. "It's a Democrat hoax".

Some key allies on Capitol Hill also are urging Trump to avoid potential political and legal jeopardy and not answer questions from Mueller. There was no collusion, everybody including the Dems knows there was no collusion, and yet on and on it goes. Russian Federation & the world is laughing at the stupidity they are witnessing. "Republicans should finally take control!"

Feinstein is a liberal grandee from California, whose putative sneakiness consisted of releasing a 300-page interview by the Senate Judiciary Committee with Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS, the firm that compiled the controversial dossier on Trump's Russian Federation connections, real or imagined.

Kudos to Diane Feinstein, the ranking Senate Judiciary Committee Democrat, to do an end run and unilaterally release the Fusion GPS transcripts herself on Tuesday.

Ms Feinstein said she released the transcript with the agreement of the other Democrats on the committee, to combat the "innuendo and misinformation" surrounding it.

It has always been understood that investigators would seek answers from the man who presided over the campaign and White House that has been probed over issues ranging from any collusion to possible obstruction of justice and other matters. "Must have tough Primary!"

The material wasn't classified, and Feinstein said Wednesday that she didn't do anything illegal.

"Certainly I'll see what happens", he said during a news conference following a bilateral meeting with Norway's prime minister, Erna Solberg.

Under these circumstances, it makes sense that Trump is unwilling to commit to an interview, without preconditions, with Mueller and his team.

But again, I'll speak to attorneys.
